Quality Ingredients Corporation has completed the sales of its Marshfield, Wisconsin facility and related dairy and non-dairy creamer business to SensoryEffects®, based in St. Louis, Missouri. Both Quality Ingredients and SensoryEffects will be working together to insure a smooth transition for customers and employees. The parties closed the transaction on Friday, August 30.
Quality Ingredients Corporation will now focus solely on its fast-growing contract manufacturing and specialty products divisions, based at the Burnsville, Minnesota headquarters facility.
